Darren Weir’s thoughts on Loresho’s chances tomorrow:
Although he is getting fitter with each run and he will be more seasoned having had the run over 2000m, he probably needs another run and over further before we see the best of him. With only 54kgs, Jye McNeil has been booked for the ride and from the good barrier, he should be able to get a good run throughout the race. As they come into the straight, Jye will look to angle into the clear and hopefully have him finishing off better than last start.
We head into this race with no expectations as this should have him ready for next start.
